The failure mode of sliding bearing is closely related to the scraping method and the corresponding lubrication mechanism.

Generally, sliding bearing tiles in cement plants are scraped according to the wedge lubrication mechanism. The possible causes of fever are generally that the replacement of the new tile has not been completely run-in or the load carried by the bearing suddenly changes after a period of operation. After a short period of adjustment, the problem disappears. When the tile is found to be overheated, close monitoring and tracking should be carried out instead of other processing operations in a hurry.

Abnormal wear of bearings will lead to various mechanical failures, so abnormal wear should be paid great attention. Abnormal wear is nothing more than the serious over-standard load of bearing sliding bearing tiles or the mixing of hard particles in sliding bearing tiles. Burning of tiles is the bearing scrap damage caused by dry grinding of sliding bearing tiles without lubrication. Once burning of tiles occurs, there is no other repair method except replacement or re-scraping of tiles.

Cement machinery and equipment in the bearing and fault prevention and treatment methods, bearing lubrication, whether it is a rolling bearing or sliding bearing, lubrication is the normal operation of the bearing and extend the service life of the key link. During the installation and use of the bearing, high-performance lubricant must be selected to lubricate the bearing continuously. It should be noted that due to the particularity of cement production, there are often some hard foreign matters in the environment. During lubrication operation, the surrounding environment must be cleaned up to prevent some hard foreign matters mixed in the lubricant from being brought into the bearing, thus bringing hidden dangers of abnormal wear to the operation of the bearing.

Bearings are vulnerable parts in mechanical equipment and have their corresponding service life. Records must be made when the bearing is installed. When the bearing enters the predetermined service life, it must be intensively tested and ready to be replaced. In the usual use of the process to develop a set of perfect monitoring system, through the bearing temperature, color, friction groove depth and other detailed data in time to find the bearing hidden dangers, the hidden dangers excluded in the primary stage. Select the type of bearing that matches the required strength, compare and select the bearings produced by qualified big brand manufacturers to ensure that the design parameters are reasonable, and avoid the design defects of the selected bearings that affect the normal service life of the bearings.

Mechanical equipment in the cement plant bearings compared to other environments by the environment of the bearing corrosion is much more serious, which requires us to pay attention to minimize the corrosion of the bearing in the maintenance process of the bearing, the bearing placed in the closed environment as far as possible, to prevent the production process of liquid inflow. After the corrosion of the bearing is found, the liquid in the bearing should be removed immediately to increase the tightness of the bearing.

In the process of rolling bearing installation and replacement, we must strictly implement the installation procedures to ensure the balance of bearing installation, as well as the correctness of the force point and the uniformity of the force. According to the emphasis, the alignment of the bearing position should be corrected first, and at the same time, the inner surface of the bearing outer sleeve should be knocked on during the installation of the bearing outer sleeve, and all stress points should be pushed forward in a balanced manner. Moreover, the installation direction of the angular contact bearing should be consistent.
